This 6"" recessed can light is for installation where the housing will be in direct contact with the insulation. The housing can be installed quickly as the hanger bars have nails pre-attached to the hanger bars and the wires in the junction box come with quick wire connectors.

Approved for damp location use as defined by the National Electric Code. Please consult your local electrical code for details.
