Satco Lighting's 18W 4-Foot T8 4000K Recessed Double Contact Base Ballast Bypass LED Bulb is an energy-efficient solution for replacing 63W fluorescent tubes in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Emitting 2500 lumens of bright, cool white light at a 4000K color temperature, this LED lamp enhances clarity and visual comfort in workspaces, garages, schools, and utility areas. With an 80+ CRI, it provides consistent and accurate color rendering for general-purpose lighting.

Measuring 48 inches in nominal length, this Type B LED tube operates on 120–277V and features double-ended wiring for ease of installation. The recessed double contact (RDC) base is designed for compatibility with HO fluorescent fixtures. Bypassing the ballast reduces both energy use and long-term maintenance costs.

Constructed from durable glass and PET-coated for shatter resistance, the bulb delivers safe and reliable performance with a 160-degree beam spread for focused, efficient illumination. It is non-dimmable and rated for 50,000 hours of use, providing long-lasting, low-maintenance operation.
